Ok i dynoed my car. and here it is.

wtf kinda honda makes peak torque at 2000 rpms and 122 ft lbs at 2000 at that?

I have some MAJOR tuning issues that need to be addressed. and some major problems that have come up. apparently i have an injectors that is working when it wants to in the #1 Cyl. so im getting a bit of detonation on the low side for some strang reason. So i have to do some major fuel adjusting. That was just the base line run right there. we tried tuning it with the VAFC and it just got worse.

well back to work fixin this ****.

when i get it tuned in it should be nice.

I was gonna write out everything but here is a link to my mods

http://forums.clubsi.com/cgi-bin/pro...rName=MacGyver

there ya go.

just add a VAFC to that list and thats what i have done.

I beleive i might have a pinched fuel line. I cant get Fuel pressure below 70 psi

which is not a good thing. which i think is what caused the injector failure in #1 there a big spooge mark under #1 injector.

You definitely need to resolve your fuel delivery problem first. 70psi is way too high. Get that injector fixed immediately. I'm also curious if your fuel curves are screwed up as well.

Another flag is that your power drops off after 7800rpm. Those cams should make peak power at about 8600rpm. Maybe some cam gear adjustment would help?

I would also recommend getting a better header than the USDM DC Sports. The skunk2 cams are too much for that header. I upgraded my USDM DC 4-1 to a JDM 4-1 and power delivery is much smoother (and increased as well).

.....Was this just this past weekend? I don't remember seeing you there.

Maybe I was late or early...

Anyway, aren't those numbers normal for a stock itr? Or maybe the torque is a little higher than normal, but the peak whp is pretty average...

I dunno a lot about those cams... Tell us about your cam gear settings and a/f ratio ~13:1 the whole time? What about vafc settings? Where are you adding/ leaning out fuel?

You should putting down at least 30 more horsepower. Set your fuel press at 50 and lean out as necessary with the VAFC.
