helping a friend put a T3/T04B on a B18C1, 9:1 c/r, standalone. The to4b compressor is a .60 a/r and the t3 turbine is a .63 a/r. Probably max boost level of around 15psi, maybe 20 depending on when this turbo runs out of steam.

on my exact same set up the T04b made 315 hp at 13 psi with only a few dyno passes. I switched it for a larger turbo since. I bet a healthy t04b in a gsr motor like you described will top out at just over the 400 hp mark at just over 20 psi.
