Default major problems with turbo and new built motor install!!!!!

i put my head on my block(b16) put the turbo on and tried to start the car. the car wouldn't quite fire up. after trying to start it numerous times, the starter just stopped and i noticed oil comming out of the front left side of my head. no oil on the plugs and the colant looks clean. the starter was super hot. do you think i fried it? as for the head, the car never fired up, could that be because of the lack of compression due to the leak in the head gasket? its only leaking from one corner. i torqued the arp's down to 65lbs but i did use them on a previous motor where i torqued them down a lot more than they should of been but the threads didn't seem to be streached. should i try to torque the head down more or is the head gasket toast? i do have a spare if i need it. please help, i'm stumped. i did try to turn the motor by hand on the crank pully and it does move so i don't think the motor is seized.

i think i found my oil leak problem. i only torqued them down to 65lbs by mis information i had. i used a new gasket and torqued it down to 75lbs since i see on this board that people use between 70 and 80 lbs. do you think 75 is enough?

if its cranking up but not starting it could be a fuel delivery problem so check injectors and fuel lines and such, what other problems are you having with the car?whens the last time the motor was running?

NOW THE STARTERS NOT TURNING ON. THE MOTOR MOVES FREELY BY HAND. THE STARTER WIRE MELTED A LITTLE DOWN TO THE WIRE. I HAD IT TESTED AND IT WAS OK. I ALSO CHECKED ALL FUSES AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD. WHY DOSEN'T MY STARTER WORK?!?
