Default b16 swap in a 90 dx, bogging at full throttle.

Just did a b16 swap in my brothers 90 civic dx a month ago. Heres the problem when I give the car full throttle it will bog real bad, but only at full throttle throught out the rpm range. I can part throttle the car to redline. I thought I had a distributor problem because of a code 4 on the ecu. well I bought a rebuilt distributor from hybrid garage. well the code 4 went away but the bog didn't. I think I also have codes 10, 14 that I have not gotton fixed yet. Any suggestions

I think I have codes 10, 14. I might be reading the codes wrong. here is what I get when I turn the key to the on position, I get one blink for the ecu then a pause then one long blink then a pause then one long blink and four short blinks.

the motor has no mods.

thanks

oh and our ecus arent like that, they dont have long and short blinks, its all the same. like one time i was getting a code 15, i didnt get 1 long and 5 short, i got 15 blinks and i was a code 14 at the same time. and all it did was switch from 15 to 14 blinks everytime so it flashed 15 then it flased 14 then it flased 15 again then back to 14. get it ?

update, well I went and found the right plug for the idle air control valve, wrong plug, seems we extended the wrong plug (a white plug).so I extended the plug (green plug with 2 wires blu/yellow blk/yellow) and reset the ecu. reconnected the ecu and the code with the 1 long blink and for short blinks went away. so I took the car for a drive problem fixed!!! $1,000,000 smile on my face. so here is the $65,000 question I thought the idle air control valve had to do with the car idle fluxuating? also what color is plug for the air intake tem and where is it actually located.

thanks for everyones help who posted.
