Default bogging at full throttle

Just did a b16 swap in my brothers 90 civic dx a month ago. Heres the problem when I give the car full throttle it will bog real bad, but only at full throuttle throught out the rpm range. I can part throttle the car to redline. I thought I had a distributor problem because of a code 4 on the ecu. well I bought a rebuilt distributor from hybrid garage. well the code 4 went away but the bog didn't. I also have codes 10, 14 that I heve not gotton fixed yet. Any suggestions

thanks

Code 14 is the IAC (EACV) - Idle Air Control Valve. It's safe to say that it probably won't bog if you fix that.....

I think I might be reading the codes wrong. here is what I get when I turn the key to the on position, I get one blink for the ecu then a pause then one long blink then a pause then one long blink and four short blinks

that was the problem, Idle Air Control Valve . we extended the wrong plug (whit plug) so I found the right plug (green plug with blu/ylw blk/ylw wires) reset the ecu and took it for a drive, problem fixed.

thanks a lot for you help.

I think I still have a code 10. when I turn the key to the 2 position I get a blink for the ecu then a pause and a long blink then a really long pause and then another long blink and then a really long pause over and over until I turn the key off. where is the air tem sensor located anyways and what color plug is it with what color wires?

thanks

That would be the IAT. It's a white sensor on the intake manifold and is a 2 plug connector.

It has a Grn/Wht wire and a Red/Yel wire.

HTH.
