my emmission test is comming up and i herd you can put rubbing alchol in your gas tank to pass. i need to know the ratio of the gas to rubbing alchol? that way i dont put too much rubbing alchol, also do you know any other tricks to help pass?

I've never heard of that. I would be scared it would affect the O2 sensors.

 

CD2 Makes a product that Gaurantees to pass the emissions. You add this to your tank and run it through then fill up normally andtake it to the test.

Are you sure that you will fail ? I have used this product and it has never failed me. The real test is when I drop in my JDM Engine.

I think it is CD2 I wasn't about to find it on the WEB. But Goto your local auto parts store and there should be a product Maybe by GUNK??? That gurantees to pass Emissions

im pretty sure the company that makes that stuff is CRC........it it does work pretty good IF you follow the directions correctly.........

this is not for me its for my friend, he has a h23 92 prelude si with I/H/E and cams
and the smog place wont let him pass visual because he retarded the timing all the way. and he says hes selling the car and needs to smog, he says it shouldnt pass, so he wants to make sure it does. thanks for all ur info

YES!!! CRC Sorry I was getting it confused with something else. But anyway it says GUARANTEED TO PASS EMISSIONS on the bottle.

I have used it in the past and I have not failed ONE test. Infact the lastest test turned out better than the First??? Not exactly sure what it does. I wasn't sure if I'd Fail either But One time Chunks of my Cat melted off and flew out the back of my exhaust. So I am guessing that there is MAYBE a hole in there somewhere. Like I said I still passed.

why were you not passing that made you take this product, cause my friend just did stuff to the motor that caused it not to pass is yours the same or just old and wont pass?
