If you get one of those cheapy manuals at an Autozone or advance auto, napa , carquest etc... should give you easy step by step.

But here is my two cents.
1. loosen lugs a lil on wheels
2. jack up car/support w/ stands
3. once wheels are off. unscrew the two smal bolts holding your break line to the shockrod.
4. unbolt 17mmscrew w/ acorn that holds the shockdamper fork to the lowercontrol arm and in the rears > the bolt that holds the lca to the knuckle
5.(front) take out the 14mm pinch bolt that locks the shock into the damper fork
6. (rear)slide the lower control arm out of knuckle and (front)slip wishbone fork out of shock body then wiggle it over the lca (front part.. you leave the lca bolted to the knuckle and subframe)
7.unbolt the spring/shock assembly from above in engine compartment/trunk
drop assembly aside.
8. wise to use a spring compressor.. and lock the spring tite.. then remove the screw on top of the shock rod w/ allen key. = big pop! relieving tension.. Be CAREFUL!!!! I steped on my assembly while I undid the upper bolt for the shock rod.. and freed the spring..
9. put new springs on perch.. make sure you don't put them on upsidedown or the rears on the front!!! aka jackassbackwards! some chumps do
10. the rest is reverse of dissasembly..
be carefull to bolt the 17mm bolt thru the lca before the lca to knuckle bolt. and line up the point in the pinch bolt bracket(holds the breaklines on it) w/ the groove in the damper fork wishbone..
may have to use a jack to push the lca into position under the knuckles slot.. BECAREFUL not to stip your bolts forcing them in!!!! line them up w/ a draglight..

5 1/2 hours?? WTF? You Canadians got double the time to?

Should take about 2 hours at a shop, lift and air tools and all. MAYBE 3 hours TOPS.

Couple hours for sure. Hopefully there are no rusted bolts and bushings.
