CEL 6 on a 97 DX Coupe

CEL 6 on a 97 DX Coupe
CEL 6 is the ECT sensor. I replaced it already and it comes on occasionally. Can anyone give me any insight? Plug is in good shape and no visible breaks in the wire harness is seen. It seems to always come on when the car is at part throttle.
According to a repair manual, the ECT switch is located on the thermostat housing with a light green plug. Is this the right sensor for the D16Y7 motor?
