Default Help with 2 step activation button...

The top half is the on/off switch I used to use to activate my rev limiter. Worked good, but kind of a hassle to have to flick off when launching.

The bottom half is the push button switch I just bought. It doesn't say which plug is for what (just has that, "H"). I tried hooking up the ground wire and the wire from the ignition to the two plugs on the new switch, but the rev limiter wouldn't work when the button was pressed. I even switched around the the ground wire and wire to the ignition box just in case I hooked it up backwards, but I got the same results.

What's the deal? Am I connecting it wrong?

i dont think the ground wire is connected to the switch. I forget offhand. one wire should be the 2step wire, and the other should be 12v. H is for hot, so put the 12v to that side. HTH

test for continuity across the new switch when the button is pressed.

Hey kid, I'll do it for you if you gimme your rims for $400. LOL...jk...the MSD box needs a 12V input to activate the 2 step. So all you need to do with that switch is put one side on to any 12v source and the other side to what I believe is the pink wire on the Digital 6.
