Default Code 19 with new swap?

Here is my setup:
1992 VX HB
JDM d15b vtec
p08 ECU
JDM 5-speed tranny
VX harness on engine

I found out how to make the CEL blink, but then I ran out of time...so what does this code mean?

How much will it hurt performance if I have an auto ECU in a M/T car?

just convert the ecu. All you have to do is take out a couple resistors, and add a few jumpers...

If I went out to the car and wrote down the ECU codes would someone verify it is indeed an Automatic ECU?
