i've got a 94 civic si w/abs (god damn it) and the master cylinder is bad. i need a new one but if i can upgrade to integra that would be awsome! well, which one works??? can it be a gsr,rs,ls etc. etc as long as they had abs??? i don't want to bend any ******* lines or **** like that! will type r w/ abs work??? someone out there let me know. thanks in adavance.!!
the integra master cylinders only work with integra brake boosters from what i hear but should work fine otherwise if you get both
The whole bending lines is a bunch of crap. It is easy.
What size MC did your car have? Is it still a 15/16?
I have a lot of those for sale. PM me if interested.

if you have abs on your car changing the master cylinder from one type to another will not upgrade it. the abs will only allow a certain amount of braking force to occur. thats what abs is for. buy the parts that are made for your car.

If you want to do away with your abs then a non-abs teg master cylinder will do more than a stock non-abs master. If you change the master to something else but leave the abs in place then you have gained nothing but the rights to say " I got a teg master cylinder" because the abs unit will regulate the braking force to the same specs. as what you have now.
