where did my compression go?
okay the other day one of my coolant hoses came off. and i turned the car off immediatley. after it cooled off and we refilled it with water, fixed the hose leak, and checked the oil level. it didn't crank!
so here is a list off all the stuff we have already done:
checked timing
checked for spark
checked for fuel (the injectors are spraying)
checked headgasket
checked intake manifold for clogs
checked all wiring harness conections
all we came up with was bad compression
it went like this 70-60-70-75
we did that before removing the head to find out the gasket was still good. So do you have any idea on where it might be? the compression that is.

Does the car run differently than it did before this happened? If not (and you have a high-mileage or abused engine), you might have had low compression before and you simply didn't know it. If, on the other hand, compression was good before, you probably warped (or possibly cracked) the head.

check ALL your fuses... mainly the ones under the hood but I'd check'em all just to be sure...
you could've shorted something out by accident while working on it.
