Where to get a P28 chipped to P08 specs?

Default Where to get a P28 chipped to P08 specs?

im going to swap in a JDM D15B VTEC into my hatch and im trying to avoid changing the 1 wire O2 sensor to the four wire. Does anyone know where to get it reprogrammed?

if you chip a p28 to a p08 won't it still need a 4 wire o2? i just used a p08 and put a stock p30 program on the chip so that i could keep the one wire o2. keep in mind though that i don't have this ecu in my car so i don't know that this is true.
