Changing my rear engine mount... need some tech help!
I'm going to change my rear engine mount and
I need some help with what bolts and washers or bolt-washers need to be replaced along with the actual mount.
On the eng. mount there are the 3bolt-washers that connect the mount to the body of your car. Do I need to replace those?
Lastly, I would really appreciate it if someone would tell me if I am going to need to remove the entire rear mount bracket to remove and replace the old busted engine mount. Because then along with the bolt and washer that goes through the center of the mount, I will, also, need to replace the other two that hold the bracket to the engine.

What you could do is loosen up the rear mount bolts and drop the side tranny mounts. It's a pain getting to that rear mount. We even had to take my buddy's transmission off to get there. All this for a mount insert.
The bolts should still be good, so I doubt you'd have to replace those unless they are obviously broken and that speaks for itself.
As far pulling the rear mount out with the engine in the car... I've always found it easiest to take out all the rear mount bolts (3 to the chassis, and one through the mount), then loosen the actual mount bracket (the t-bracket in the rear) by loosening the bolts or completely removing them. If you can take out that bracket with the engine and tranny in the car you are magic
haha. Once you loosen that bracket you should have some more room to maneuver the actual mount itself and get it out. Trust me its a realllll pain in the *** with the engine in the car, but its definitely do'able. It's easiest to have someone help you move the engine around while shifting the mount to get it out. Now if you really want a challenge try getting it back in with an insert on it

this is just one of those jobs that you have to patient with and take your time finding what is going to work for you... i have never taken this mount out the same way more than once!!!!

Dammit.. I've read a few threads where people were complaining about what a bitch it was to change that mount..I never thought I would be in that position. 
Well, could you all post a few STRAIGHT FORWARD methods of getting to it and changing it.. and those of you fortunate to work at a dealership, what's the method you all use?
