Default 2.5 downpipe vs 2.5 flaring to 3" Need help!

Okay heres the deal i have everything i need for my turbo kit except for my downpipe. Here is the basic setup precision sc34, inlinepro manifold, mkteller 3" piping kit, Apex 3" N1, And i was goign to go with a 2.5-3"(after a/c compressor), but.....

I just found out that i won't be able to get the downpipe made, (maybe later, but not anytime soon), I was alos considering ordering from JohnisEnglish, but he has stopped taking orders until October.

My question is how much power will i be missing out on if i go with a straight 2.5 downpipe. Going 3" inch is not an option, im not giving up a/c in Texas again.
So what should i do? Does anyone knwo any reputable shops that can make/sell a 2.5-3", or should i just get a revhard downpipe for now.

If you want the 2.5"-3" then I would go to

Stoney at VSV

or

Tony at Jotech

Can't go wrong either way and both are local!

Tony is no longer an option, i may have stoney do it, i just go t off the phone with them and they can do the 2.5-3" transition. Anyone else have any ideas, dyno #'s, ect..... butt dyno comparisons .

I have my 2.5" downpipe flared at the end to 3" to fit my thermal. I'm just going to upgrade to a full 3" because slurpees help in the heat. Honestly, if I were adamant in keeping AC, just go with 2.5" with the flare...it costs like 10 bucks to make the flare and another $10 to weld it.
