It has sorta rusted against your hub. My advice would be to kick harder like others said, but only if you car is properly supported. A good kick can throw a car off balance and it may come crashing down.

I forgot to mention that my CX steelies felt almost as if they were welded to the hubs. You just have to kick, harder.

just leave one lug nut on loose so the wheel doesnt go flying and hit the hell out of it changing spots every once in a while with a rubber mallet

lower the jack so the wheel will touch and will go lose. MAke sure you don't **** anything up but i did it once to a buddys car who had stuck wheels and the wheels became loose real quick.

Just be careful kicking or hammering not to bash the **** out of the quarter panel. You will really be pissed if you do.

either kick or get a big rubber mallet or use your hand if you're hardcore and hit it from the back side.

Kicking from the front will work if they are just on there tight, but if its on there REALLY tight the backside works best.

like he said, before you start kicking the **** out of the tire, make sure the car is supported.
