anyone dyno with v-afc hack?
i dyno tuned my d16y7 with s-afc hack. stock 98whp...6psi 145whp and 138wtq. instant torque and doesn't drop off at all. nice smooth a/f ratio, but couldn't get it any leaner than 10.5-11 a/f ratio. i just got done street tuning with techedge wideband yesterday at 9psi. can't wait to check it on a dyno. it pulls like a ****.
Did you solder your techedge yourself? I really want to build one. It seems pretty straightforeward just kinda tedious to assemble. Do you have an A/F display or something else?
renting it from a friend, but he did build it himself. logging/display duties are from a palm. you can log a run just by tapping the screen on and off. then pull over to view the run to see how the a/f is in relation to rpm.

I am waiting to put in my GSR cams, and to find somewhere here in Va. Beach that dyno's. This is worthless info but i felt like saying something. If i have time i'd like to dyno before the cams and after...so i can see if these damn GSR cams do anything for my boosted b16. Oh and if anyone who reads this knows of some good shops in Va. I dynoed with the v-afc hack (450 DSM's) first run was 173 whp then by the end of the dyno session I was at 268 whp. Im running into a little bit of trouble with the factory map going into limp mode cus im dumping so much fuel into it.

Dynoed with v-afc hack (dsm 450's) tdo5 14b turbo, hf manifold with adapter plate, 3inch downpipe, starion intercooler, stock internals see sig for numbers. I also had a problem at like 5500rpm each run i would get a check engine light for map sensor and car would run bad. Thinking the sensor is seeing boost. so i lose power at 5,500.
