Stock, because they are free and work really well.

Skunk2 y0!! Screw that Zeal and Tein BS...those guys don't know what they are talking about. I mean who says good suspension has to be more than $300.

J N who hopes his sarcasm is noticible.

If you want cheap and adjustable just get some skunk2's or Ground Control's. I don't know anything about GC's but I had S2's on my old integ with some KYB AGX's and that was good enough. But if you own an R, you should consider something better. The stock suspension felt better than the combo I had on the integ. Mugen Lowdowns are a really good setup and will lower your ride about an inch or so. They are not ride height addjustable, but the shocks themselves are adjustable. Plus they are not as expensive as Teins and zeals coilovers.

just remember if you are planning on alot of street drivng with a set of true coilovers, try to get 3way adjustable, youll appreciate all the shock travel you can manage.

If for street, my personal suggestion will be the HKS HyperMax II.

then probably don't need coilover.... just get some springs... Kg/mm will give u a nice drop... but if u want more... u should check out spoon but i know Tein now has springs too..
