how much psi on stock injectors
hi guys
i have a 1.6 zc euro spec engine with T3 turbo, just wondering what is the max psi i can set the turbo too without changing the injectors? i think my standard ones are 240cc.

i can sum it up in a few words.....afc + dsm 450's + lower base ign. timing a few degrees = no low boosting worries, but if you "want " to be that guy i would say 6psi and rising rate fpr and whatever yur gonna use to fool the map sensor....

I have SAFC, B&M FPR, T3 turbo (not sure what set to), bosch blow off valve, and 240cc injectors... what max psi can i run? thanks
6 on an fmu setup is about as high as you really should go.
think about it...
stock rail pressure averages around 40 psi.
add a 12:1 fmu. 6x12 = 72.
72+ 40 = 102 psi of fuel pressure. IMO, thats way too much already.
I hate fmus and think they should die. you already have a SAFC. there's no reason why you can't spend $50 on a set of dsm injectors instead of spending $80 on a 12:1 fmu and $25-50 on missing link/check valves.
