im getting a chipped p28, for my JDM ITR . what kinda setups do you guys have as far as VTEC engaing and REV's . By the way the car is gonna be mostly N/A sometimes NOS,

Its hard to tell by just that. Becaues everyone motor is different therefore needing different settings.

Personally I say stay away from the RECHIPPED 28's BUT GET A VAFC and have it Dyno tuned

The motor is in an EK , that's why im using this ECU. what RPM do you guys have your VTEC kick in. And what are your Redlines at. that might be an easier way of asking . thanks

You can't just throw out a number over the net....what is good for one setup, may not be good for another...what's good for one engine, may not be good for another....the only sure way to find out is to take it to a dyno and check out your chart....with proper valvetrain to figure out the redline, of course.

vtec 4800 redline 9k (skunk2)

or

vtec 5300 redline 9k (kenji's NA prog.)

soon i'll have ih8ricers custom NA prog. too..

thats what i use.

Old Setup with JDM 4-1 header: 5100 RPM VTEC crossover

New Setup with Comptech Race Header: 3850 RPM VTEC Crossover

Both Fuel cut at 8900 rpms
