i recently got some billet aluminum pedal pads, and they attach by tightening a little phillips head screw at each corner, and it has little clamps that grap from behind as you tighten, and i tighten them pretty good, ..........but still, one screw on the clutch pedal pad keeps getting loose.
so, i was wondering if anyone knew any other methods of securing these things???
i thought i could drill a hole, but can't think of anything else, i just don't want my pedal pad to come off halfway and get my foot caught or whatever on it, and plus its annoying since i have to keep reaching down and adjust it.

Sounds like a nightmare! I would either screw them directly to the pedal, or "secure" them in the garbage.

Sup crxaddikt,
I've tried all those cheap pedals from auto zone and other auto parts stores.
IMO http://www.lokarmotorsports.com has the best.
Thats just my two cents...........

these are the ones i got, (on ebay)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...56546
as you can see in the picture, it shows the little clamps on the backside, and basically the metal clamp on the metal pedal surface is to slippery to hold
(you have to take the rubber traction pads off the pedals since they won't fit over them)
its not like this is a "big problem" for me
, just thought i would see what others have done to make them hold good, i just like how they look and feel versus the stock ones, plus it came with a dead pedal, but i just screwed that right through the plastic stock dead pedal.
IMO stock pedals with the rubber things feel like little mushy things, i like to feel solid pedals that you can stomp on

replying late, sorry
so you just mean you put a plastic nut on the end of the screw to hold it in place?
(on the back tip of the screw, after it comes out of the little grabbing tab or (clamps) ????
just hard without a picture, but i think i know what you mean, but i know that when you tighten any of the 4 phillips head screws on the pad's front side, it starts clamping the tabs from the back side closer, and grabs onto the pedal.
