yea i'm gonna tell the guy tomorrow to just rotate the flange, and i'm gonna get a test pipe or high flow cat just incase i don't like the sound i can go back to stock.... thanks for the persuasion guys

you could put a straight pipe thru the cat which would be better than hollowing it out. When hollowing out a cat you make the air bounce around in the cat and you dont get a good flow

well yesterday i had a custom straight pipe put in, and i must say i'm VERY pleased with it. So now if i ever wanna go back to stock i have my cat in my garage ;D.
I did notice vtec wasn't as loud from the CAI with the test pipe. Anyone know the reasoning?
