Rear discs optional for a 1993 EX Coupe?
92-95 civics all came with discs in front and drums in back, that was th eonly way, but i know its easy to do a teg ls/gs/gsr rear disc conversion
Well for your information, it was a special model of the civic ex, called the civic ex A model, which came with 4 wheel disk brakes, ill take pics of mine and post them soon, i have 95 civic ex "A".

According to Honda, the 2 doors had drums, the 4 doors has disk. Here is a link that shows the disk setup:

Im pritty sure that the "A" is just something to do with the 4-wheel disk, because a friend of my has a 95 ex civic, but it isn't a "A" model, and he doesn't have 4-Wheel disk and I do, but both are ABS, so im pritty sure the A has nothing to do with the ABS, it most likey is something about the 4-wheel disk.

WRONG.
- 92-95 Civic Si (NON-ABS) has front and rear disc brakes.
- 94-95 Civic Si (ABS optional) has front and rear disc brakes.
- 94-95 Civic EX Coupe (ABS optional) has front and rear disc brakes.
- 92-95 Civic EX Sedan (ABS standard) has front and rear discs.
Civic EX's w/ Drums:
- 93-95 Civic EX Coupe (NON-ABS) has front discs and rear drums.
