It came as an option if the car had ABS. I know this because I once removed a rear disk from an EX at a junkyard.

1994 and 1995 EX coupes had available ABS (this trim was actually called the EX ABS). These are the models that came with stock rear disk brakes.
Here is something you can show to your boss. This is a screen shot from Hondanet 2000. This is the program Honda uses to look up parts.

Right. It was an option. There was the 2DR EX and the 2DR EX ABS (which had rear disk).

Not a chart... just a screen shot from Honda.

ABS from 1995 might suck. But ABS doesn't suck as a whole.

Theres no need for the Hondanet 2000 program.
Use http://www.slhondaparts.com
Helps me out when I'm not at work and still need to access a part number.

Here. This thread also has a list of all the sites where there are online listings of all the parts and images.
Majestic Honda has list prices used by Honda (so an approximate idea of what the dealer would charge).
HondaPartsDeals has the largest images (just copy the url of the "Enlarged Image" into your browser).
A few more have part numbers, though if you're just looking to order parts from your local dealership, you don't need any of that in order to purchase said parts. The parts techs can look any of this up for you.
