Where can i buy a stand alone IAT sensor to stick in my CAI...
I have a P28 ECU hooked up to a D16Y8 in my CRX...when i got it the IAT was plugged into the CAI ahead of the throttle body. I was told this was the right setup but i'm almost positive my IAT sensor is bad, Where can i get one of these sensors to just plug into my CAI??? THANKS
i see a white sensor on the back of the intake runner which is not hooked up to anything...i was going to plug the wire that is currently hooked up in the CAI to this sensor however they aren't the same plug. Can i just modify the harness and plug it in there???

On my ZC it is on the #1 intake runner (one closest to the timing belt).

the IAT for a d16y8 is in the intake system...there is no place in the intake manifold for the sensor. that is if you are using the d16y8 intake manifold too.
check the resistence of your IAT. take it our and take resistance measurements when its in the freezer, room temp, and when heated up. the resistance should match that of an obd0 IAT...so check a helms or such for the values, cause i cant remember them offhand. i have an extra obd2 IAT if you are in need.

I mounted mine on my CAI because I couldn't get the other one out. I used a locking washer between the sensor and the CAI because aluminum tends to heat up faster than plate metal. I just drilled some holes right before the throttle body (thats all the slack I could get without stressing the wires). By the way, I'm using a D15B7 with PM6.
