Default GM SYNCHOMESH

Anyone Know How This Stuff Works...?...I had a small little grind in 3rd this product was suggested and the grind seems to be still there i've been riding around in it to get the fluids going but still seems to grind...any other alternatives?

Its like BG Syncroshift. People say its a rebrand of the stuff.

Honda Transmission = Honda Manual Tranny Lube.

You can find it at your local dealer.

use 1 quart of the GM Syncromesh and fill the rest with Honda MTF and you'll be good to go.
