Default What grease do you use on your brake pads?

I've been looking for Honda recommended Molykote M77, but can't find it.

Some alternatives (auf der Vaterland) I'm looking at are BMW plastikote, Audi (porsche too?) plastikote moly 3, and lubro-moly LM 508 copper anti-sieze.

Anybody have other opinions?

For stock brake pads I know it comes with that little packet of greese. But I have been told not to use that stuff by a friend Seem kinda odd to me but isnt that why they include it?

I use anti-squeal spray (blue). It's quick, easy to use, easy to see...just my 2 cents.

Me too. I went to napa and autozone, and neither had heard of the stuff in the helms. They said the antisqueal is all I need.

I never use that stuff

Clean off the pins and re-lube them every time though, and antiseize on the lug studs.

If you have friends that work at Honda, ask them for the little packet of grease. It comes in every brake pad box. Most dont use them so there is a stock pile in the drawers. I should know since i used to work there, and have like about 1000000 of those packets laying around in my garage lol.

But if you are set on using that stuff, I just found a bottle of it. Its called M-77 Assembly paste. Part number 08798-9010.

My dad once upon a time bought this large Goop-sized tub of anti-squeal grease. Lifetime supply for $2 at the thrift store.
