Default fpr and rail?

how necessary is a regulator and fuelrail? when my car gets out of the shop ill have the i/h/e and a crower valvetrain. if i have a vafc do i still need the regulator? and also would i gain any by having the fuelrail, or am i not going to need that high of a flow? im not sure how "high performance" the stock jdm parts are, so i dont know what i need to be changing. if it matters, ill be getting an ericks tb and skunk manifold.

You will never get a Skunk manifold, cause they are NEVER coming out..

And as far as you needing a FPR and rail, save your money. You dont need it..

And if you put a crower valve train on that thing, DO NOT run it up into VTEC very far until you get it tuned. I was waaaaaay lean when I took it to the dyno to get tuned. That's a bad thing......

yea i know. but its ok. i have to stay under 3k rpm for a week or so until i break-in the clutch. after that, im taking it back to get tuned.

Stock rail flows more than plenty. If you have a vafc you have no need for an adjustable fpr.
