Default HELP! Identify these lines

Just trying to help my friend with his h22 swap. He finished pulling out the old f22 already and we arn't sure what these two lines that go to the tranny are and where they go on the new h22.

They go to the power steering system. This device in the gearbox is a vehicle speed sensor and the power steering fluid is running through that.

Is the reason that PS fluid goes through them because of the speed sensitive steering?? It's the best reasoning that I could think of.
