What's the "blue wire mod" does it work? Is it good?

Im thinking about using it. I saw it at the drop shop.

it reads voltage of the o2 sensor wire. u can only do it with the S-AFC not the V-AFC.

yeah.. and to be honest.. it's kinda ghey you can't really use it at all.
