Default Turbo Sol Burning some oil?

I have a 93 SOHC Del Sol turbo, I have 5k miles ago put some JE pistons in cause I blew the motor the first time, I have noticed when I blew it the first time there was some smoke coming out the breather filter thats how I knew it was the ring lands, but to this day there is still some oil coming out of the breather its not puffing or anything, also when the car has been idling for a while its starts to smoke and when I get on it a little bit of smoke, did a compression test 175 all 4. maybe its the turbo, after 6k rpms my boost drops from like 8 to 6. any suggestion there are soo many different things I thought it could be I am hoping its valve seals

You might have a bad oil seal on your turbo. Or you could be running too big of an oil line or have too small of a return line and it's forcing oil out your turbo
