Just wanted to know about the small chip that came with the Hondata. I know the spot that they ask you to solder it, however I have a Chipped P28 that has another chip in it's spot. Does that chip contain any information? Or does the EEprom contain all the information needed so I don't have to replace the smaller chip that's there already?
