my uncle just called me and was like yea there is a 93 accord with a chipped ecu for sale and it has some other mods on it......anyways he said the guy told him he had a blown coil...what the hell does that mean...isnt this an internal engine problem?? someone please educate me on what the problem is and how much it is to fix......

 

Maybe he meant the ignition coil, which isn't too much and is relatively easy to reach/replace. It won't start without one.

On the other hand, it has a chipped ECU and some other mods. Hmmm, I wonder if the owner has been running the **** out of it... Hmm....

Get a compression test if you really are interested, and look for oil leaks. Old little ladies are always the best to buy from
