My Goal: Mid 13 second passes on street tires

I have a headgasket that is blown so this is an opportune time to throw in some pistons + ARP headstuds. Is 11.5:1 compression + ITR/CTR cams gunna get me there? if not, what would help?(other stuff later down the road, but just these two things for now)

And as far as engine management, can I just get a BASE Hondata S100 (no boost, datalogging...etc.) with a p28 ecu + harness and VOILA be done with it?(obviously need it tuned) but am I gunna get any CEL's and will my car be driveable?

I would spend the extra $50 and get the s200 system. The features available on the s200 that are not available on the s100 are really cool and worthwhile.
