How do I wire my OBD2 plug to a OBD1 distributor?~SEARCHED
Hey guys hopefully someone can help me out here! I am trying to finish up my B16A2 OBD1 swap into my '00 hatch and everything is going great except this snag.
I need to wire my OBD1 B16 distributor to my OBD2 harness/plug, now the OBD2 plug is a single and the OBD1 dist. has 2 smaller plugs. I already was told that the blue wire in the smaller of the 2 plugs is a tach signal and I dont need to use it my question is about those other wires, the color of the wires are not the same!
Has anyone done this before? Could you help me out and send a little knowledge my way? Thanks for any help... its much appreciated

That is correct. I was alittle weary of leaving this tach wire off....but it worked like a charm.
