obd2 alt with obd1 harness

obd2 alt with obd1 harness
looking for a diagram to add the obd2 alternator clip to my obd1 harness i got a new alternator from a homie for free but its obd2 i do have the clip im looking for a diagram to wire it up or should i just match up the wires i was told 2 have to be switched but the guy is not sure so i figured id just ask here thanx

ok i finally got around to switching the clips but the colors dont match on the obd1 harnes theres a blk/ylw, blu, wht/blu, wht/ylw and on the odb2 clip i have its wht/ylw, wht/blu, wht/grn, blk/ylw anyone have any idea how to do this

When I put my obd1 plug for the alt on my obd2 wire harness, it matched up color for color.. im guessing since you have 1 of each wire that doesnt match up, just connect those together since the others are already color matched and it should work. There is a diagram on here on how to do it, but the link to it is on my other computer sorry, but go ahead and search for it.
