Default Motor rebuild, balancing question.

I've searched and found some questions similiar but not exactly what im looking for. I have a d16z6 with forged rods and pistons. The rings are new, the crank is a regrind with bearings to match. It was balanced and ran previously.. do I NEED to get it balanced again?
The cheapest I can get is $212 to balance the bottom end. I thought only the crank needed to be balanced in a 4 cylinder, but they insisted that they needed everything. Maybe they're right, but I feel pretty confident that only the crank needs to be. Regardless, do I NEED to have it balanced?
It's a pretty big bite out of my budget and will most likly not have the motor done until next summer if I do get it balanced since it'll be winter in just a few months.
What do you guys think, can a boosted motor handle not being balanced? What's the worst that could happen? Any ideas would be apprecaited, thanks a lot.
Matt

Yes, you need to include all reciprocating part right down to the flywheel bolts. If you're going to do it, do it right.

I don't see a need for it to be rebalanced assuming these pistons and rods were balanced with this crank already.

yes balancing makes a difference. But the design of an inline motor has its own built in balancing effect so it isnt as important as a V8, V6 V10.... If the crank was balanced then just worry about the rods and pistons. They are just supposed to be the same weight. 4 rods=all same weight....4 pistons=allsame weight...crank=balanced all equals a fairly balanced engine.

I just had my entire rotating ***'y fully balanced for $200 CDN. You may want to shop around and find a better price.

As stated earlier, you might as well do it right the first time. IMO $200 is more than worth it if it'll give you a little piece of mind.
