I have a 4th gen civic 1.6L SI Want to swap automatic for a 5 speed Tranny I need to know whats needed and web sites on how to do the swap If any one can help that would be great. The search didn't have anything.

 

to start your list..

You need tranny (duh)
clutch, pressure plate, manual pedals, shift linkage, stabalizer, front engine mount, stick, manual ECU, clutch cable.

And I am not sure what else..

Not many people do this swap, its a pain in the ***..

 

you have the elusive civic si automatic? are you sure its an si?

he's from Canada... it's probably a real auto Si.

 

I thought the right mount on the tranny is in adifferent spot. Place Racing could do it. Other wise the shift linkage, clutch pedal a cutting wheel to trim the brake petal down and the ecu, gauge cluster and the clutch cable and trans

OK you'll need some fun stuff. The whole pedal assembly is best, flywheel, clutch (get a 90-91) Tranny (90-91 to match the clutch) Shift linkage and clutch cable. The ECU is not necessary to be changed, there is a fairly simple mod to make the auto work, just search. Good luck
