Default Reliability of JRSC, 10psi, stock internals D16

Okay, I've done a lot of searching and I know similar topics have been covered before, but I haven't found an answer to this exact question. How reliable is a JRSC at 10psi on stock internals with a D-series engine? Assume that this setup will have a Hondata, 440 injectors, and be tuned properly. Thanks for any help you can give me, but please be specific to this setup (not B-series blocks or turbo please).

Has anyone run this setup reliably for any length of time? Also, will the heat produced at this boost level cause detonation problems in occasional 100-degree weather?

Does anyone have experience with this setup?

I am running 10 psi of turbochaged boost on a D15.

Your set-up will be plenty reliable if: big if
you have tuned in enough fuel (the right amount)
and
you are not too aggressive with ignition timing.

Are far as aummer heat, you should be fine as long as
you dial back some timing....
