Default Constant CEL, Can't check CEL's 2 diff ecu's??

What would cause this?

All fuses are good.

I've tried two different ECU's, and on both, I'm getting no VTEC, constant CEL, can't check codes, and the CEL does not go off after 2 seconds like it should.

I'm really lost here.

Would a bad relay or something cause this??? If so, how do I check and which ones should I check?

Yes.

Even if I wasn't, the CEL should go off after 2 seconds when the key is 'on', but it doesn't.

I'm leaving Friday on a 2K mile road trip, and I'd really like to get it figured out by then!

does the actual bulb come on so as you can rule a blown bulb out?

Yes, the bulb is on....just constantly, and won't flash to check codes or anything.

I'm still getting no VTEC, and it's running really rich.

Have you tried checking the wiring to see if something is making contact somewhere it shouldn't?

you mean in the actual wiring harness itself? I've checked it as best I can...I can't follow the entire thing....but like I said, it was working fine previously, and all my wiring was soldered/wrapped, so I don't think anything came loose.

Then go ahead and check relays. Like pgm-fi, etc.

I don't know how to go about checking relays.

What exactly do I need to do?
