will a 99 civic body harness plug work on my ecu

I just bought a theft recovery si from auction, The theif cut the 3 plugs that go to the ecu, I replaced the whole engine harness so that takes car of those 2 plugs but rather than replacing the whole body harness im wondering if I could just get the plug from another civic and just reconnect the wiires where it was cut... Obviously I know that any 99-00 si plug will work but my question is will any model civic from a 99-2000 work or which one will
