Can't get crank pully off!!
I tried heat+PBblaster to no avail. I only heated it to ~300* F though. I had a 400lb/ft impact wrench on it too and it will not budge.
Any Ideas?????

man i have a Ingrsall Rand that is rated at 700 ftlbs max and it can't budge some of them. I was using a 3/8" hose and like 135PSI 20CFM? big compressor. Bottom like get that tool from honda, and a big *** breaker bar
I just stuck the car in 5th gear, and used a 2 ft long breaker bar and got it off. I just pushed it with my foot, while holding my self with the bumper, took no time. Must be in 5th gear though.

I tried it w/ the trans in 1st and my brother holding down the brakes, something was twisting, and when I let go of the bar it snapped back to the original position.
I will try it in 5th tomorrow. I also need a new starter now, it won't turn the engine over.

Everyone always forgets about the size of the hose. That is KEY. I have actually removed crank-pulley bolts using a 1/2 inch snap-on electric impact. Or with my 1/2 inch air impact w/ 1/2 inch hose.

Well, I've got 3/8ths hose, a 1/2" 400 lb/ft wrench, and i cranked the preassure to 120 PSI. No worky. I just cracked the socket with a breaker bar though, so I guess it is time to take it to the shop.

Have you tried takeing a brass punch or somthing just like it and hitting the head of the bolt. I tried this once with a stuburn bolt and it worked great.
Hit the head of the bolt real good a couple times then get that impact on there......also a breaker bar with a pipe over the end always works.
My 2 Cents.
