Default How many turns of the tie rods to get 1/16" toe?

Has anyone who has an alignment rack noted how many turns of the tie rod (lets just deal with one side) it takes to make 1/16" toe difference in or out? I'd like to be able to adjust 1/16" to 1/8" toe out at the track without a toe gauge... hell, maybe I should just build a toe gauge...

Thanks for any feedback!

One flat of one tie rod will be 1/16", so one full turn of one side would be 3/8". This is on a 94 GSR, but I think it will be the same on most Hondas.
