Default To increase toe out turn tie rod ends clockwise..right???

I currently have the Buddy Club coilovers. I am dropped 3.5 inches in front and my camber is set at -4 degrees respectivley. If I wanted to increase my toe out do I turn my tie rod ends clockwise? I still have like 5 threads left on my stock tie rod ends. If my toe out was maxed I would be showing NO THREADS, right?

Turning the rods for toe-out:

Left: Turn up (toward the firewall) ^
Right: Turn down (toward you) v

I made a handy label and stuck it under the hood so I wouldn't forget.

So basically if I were to turn all the way to the right (clockwise) and no threads were showing my toe would be maxed out? Did I get this straight?

Yeah, no more threads showing means toe is as far out as it will go.

Welcome to lack of toe adjustment on the EP3...

When I adjusted the toe, I just looked at the steering tie rod ARM from inside, and screw it clockwise to screw it more into the tie rod end (more toe out) or vice versa. What I hate though about our suspension is that if you have coilovers, the perches get loose from time to time and that can potentially mess up your alignment. That's why I just do my own alignments.

Im sorry but alignments are one thing that shouldnt be done yourself. I know theres not much too them and all but jeez spend the 60$ and have a $15,000 machine read your caster, camber and toe to .01 of a degree.

It can be done yourself but come on guys let a professional do it.

My .02 cents

what coilovers do you have? I was checking out my buddy clubs and noticed they have a small allen screw that goes through the bottom perch and locks it in the physical shock body, pretty cool if you ask me..I have been waiting for the J's Racing tie rods forever, not sure my tires can hang in the meantime

Slightly off topic: Which direction do you turn the toe-adjuster bolts in the rear of the car for toe out??
