Lemme guess it burns it out on the warm up phase, or just starting.
Yeah just up grade to a 15A fuse. Normally i wouldnt reccomend upping the ampage on the fuses cause thats dangerous, but the HIDs while running actually draw less current than stock bulbs, however, the start up/ignition of them require more , so for that moment or two it'll blow the fuse...and after that it's not a threat, so a fire is unlikely from overheating cause it's so short.
in other words try a 15 ampere fuse, if not, try a 20...but try the 15 first eh.

so are u sure it wont set my car on fire ??
is there anyone has the same problem like me ?

yeah it wont set your car ablaze....it's not constant ~20A on those wires, it's like high amps for a second. thats about it
thx i think i'll just try 15a first if not then i'll try 20a.
butbutbut still a little bit scared coz after all stock is 10a each now have to upgrade to 15a each. but however if everyone's car is fine i think my itr can take it !

Phillips kit requires you upgrade the fuses per their instructions. the HID naturally will pull more power initially.
YA BUT I WENT BACK TO ACURA DEALER THEY TOLD ME ONE OF HIS BUDDY BLOW UP THE CAR ON HIGH WAY DUE TO THE HID WIRE FIRE UP. SO HE TOLD ME BETTER NOT USE THE HID COZ OF THE RISK
Dealers are dumb
My friend had a burned out bulb that lights up the rear defroster....just the light that comes on when you turn the signal stalk to the corner light position.....
The lady said it can't light up unless the car is started....so he proceeded to clown her out by taking her to a brand new Integra in the showroom and flicking on the signal stalk and pointed out her obvious cluelessness.....
Damn, I was going to get HID, but now it seems like there are more complications than an aftermarket bulb. I thought HID was supposed to be safer than all the rest of the aftermarket bulbs because of it's low power consumption? I'll get them if somebody gives me a better reason.
its not like ablown fuse is life threatening or such a big hassle. its a dollar to get new fuses...and besides wich upgrading from a 10 to a 15 or 20 its onl 5-10 more amps its not gonna be that dangerous either

uhmm.. why would you want your headlights on when the car isn't running anyways?
After installing my HIDs, I upgraded my fuses on an "as needed" basis.. went from 10A to 15 Amps on the drivers side right away, and then I actually got away with a 10 Amp fuse on the passenger side for about a month!! After that 10A gave up, I am now running with 15A fuses on both sides. No other issues whatsoever..
I've had no need to change fuses after putting in a 15 Amp fuse to replace the original 10 amp fuses. The lamps work perfectly.. (knock on wood!)
Best Regards,
Harry
