Default GS-r Type-r

Im debating wether to get a type-r or a Gs-r, would it be cheaper to build a Gs-r into a type-r or just by a type-r? What are all the differences between the two?

there is a kit from spoon that turns a gsr motor into a type R motor its like 3 grand or something it preforms better than a stock ITR motor bacesically you would have a spoon motor its all componenete they use in theyer race motors then there is the suspension upgrades to equal the type R's rigidness

It would be far less $$$ to buy a Type-R than to try and turn a GSR into one. Do a search for more information on the differences between the two

Another tip, the insurance is the same for a type R and a GSR (at least for me, CA 21, 2 points full coverage).

You could buy and ITR for for the price it would cost you to put the LSD in alone. Get a ITR if you can find one. Trust me. I have "ownd" both!
