What tranny fluid to use with Quaife LSD

I was wondering what fluid to use with quaife LSD. I was gonna use the Honda MTF but I just wanted to make a post and make sure thats what I use. I had a friend who recently bought a JDM B16 tranny and he put 90 weight oil in there. Well 100 miles later it burned up. Why he used such a thick oil I will never know but I thought it would be a good idea to make a post so I dont use the wrong fluid. Thanks guys.

I personally did research on this as well and I still would stick w/ honda mtf

NICE... I'm getting ready to putmy new project motor in ( B16 ) after blwoing up my turbo ZC. I got a YS-1 LSD trans. But I confused after reading that. o.k. do you use only GM syncro mesh or do you use alittle HMTF and then just add a quart of the syncro mesh ? I think it was just only use Snycro mesh.. am I right ? Thanks
