running too rich, need some ideas!

running too rich, need some ideas!
b16a1 obd1 pr3-ecu jrsc CRX 41-43psi at regulator
the car is running way too rich, i have no idea why, the map sensor is ok the tps seems to work fine i tested the obd1 4-wire O2 and it worked fine.
when i start the car it runs decent for 2min and then its carbon/water heaven in my tailpipe. if i put a peice of paper beind the pipe it would be covered in a min. or so.
so whats wrong genius

dont you have that jakson racing FMU thing? maybe thats it. just pick up a smc500 right now and put it on the crx until the d series is done and then you can just put the smc on the hatch.
