Default suspension Problem

Ok here is the situation, when I first got the car I was stupid and lowered it on shitty sleeve coilovers on stock shocks. Needless to say the shocks blew quickly and the ride was horrible for about a year.

I finally bought suspension - KOni yellows ad H&R Race springs. I installed them correctly and everything rides great, except the rear passenger side. It sits about a half inch maybe a litttle more higher than all the rest of the car.

Also when the car was lowered on the shitty suspension that corner always made a loud clunking noise when I went over bumps or up angles (such as driveways).

I thought this problem would disappear once the konis were in but it has not. So I am thinking that I ruined somethin in the suspension on the rear passenger side besides the shock. So my question is what could be causing both of these problems?

I just posted about the same noise problem last night:

I have no idea why your one rear side is 1/2" higher than the rest

Let me know if your problem is similar to mine.

I think it's a normal and common problem with hondas based on where majority of the engine weight is(driver's side).

perches are all set correctly, I am mainly worried about the clunking noise.

Any more ideas?
