Default Turbo Guage Advice

Hey all. I've just been doing my research, looking into getting a turbo kit for my 99 GS-R. Anyway, I'm leaning towards the Greddy kit for some low, streetable boost. Unfortunately, to stay CARB legal I have to keep the blue box it comes with.

I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to mount the guages for monitoring the turbo. I'd like to have an EGT and oil temp guage, as well as some way of monitoring boost. I'd like to stay away from mounting the guages on the a-pillar though, just to keep them a little bit out of thieves' eyes.

So currently I'm thinking of running EGT and oil temp guages in pods near my cluster, and then hopefully finding a turbo timer that reads boost as well to mount on the steering column.

Any thoughts/suggestions on the matter?

Thanks in advance!
